AA-type elevator buckets are centrifugal buckets that have a traditional cast iron shape. They have a heavy reinforced lip and corners, and a thickened back wall for mounting strength. AA-type buckets are often mounted to a reinforced multi-ply elevator belt, but can also be mounted to a chain.
